The events we plan always honor the importance of pure intentions, the expanison of self-awareness, and the wisdom of sustainability. We enourage your active participation in our events, so if you believe you have something to offer us, whether it is music, decorations, visual performance, a new venue, a special service, or a helping hand, please do not hesitate to contact us. We actively seek volunteers and integrate new personalities into our events and projects. The door is open for your creativity to find its expression.
We recognize the importance of maintaining agreements with our artists, associates, participants and attendees. Due to the complex nature of manifesting these events and the number of people involved, we cannot always produce exactly what we intend to produce. Our events sometimes take on a life of their own, which is often a good thing, but sometimes a challenge. It is the responsibility of everyone who attends to be fully aware of our guidelines and policies. It is the responsibility of our crew and volunteers to maintain a level of sobriety adequate for dealing with unexpected challenges including, but not limited to, operating a moving vehicle, dealing with "freak-outs", and negotiating with agents of law enforcement.
We never hold an event without the preparation required to follow through on all of our agreements. However, in the event that we cannot provide what was promised due to unexpected circumstances, we always quickly inform those who are affected, and make every reasonable effort to remedy the situation as soon as possible.
